What is Roverd?

Roverd is booking software built for tour operators, activity providers, and experience businesses. Customers book and pay online around the clock. The setup is quick. Add the booking widget to any website with a single line of code, or share a direct booking URL. Both options work without a developer or a website redesign. Your existing site, your existing brand, with live online booking running the same day.

Payments land directly in your Stripe account. Roverd never holds, delays, or batches payouts on your behalf. The analytics dashboard shows revenue, bookings, channel performance, and top activities in one view. Marketing attribution is native: Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel all connect without third-party workarounds. Every booking traces back to the source.

Resource management is built in. Assign specific guides, vehicles, or equipment to each booking. If a guide is scheduled for two overlapping tours, Roverd flags the conflict before the booking is confirmed. Most platforms at this price point do not have this capability.

Multi-language, multi-currency, QR code check-in, staff accounts with permission levels, membership management, REST API, and webhooks are all included. Viator integration is live for OTA distribution without marketplace lock-in.
