Sense is a cloud-based talent management platform that helps the HR teams in IT, healthcare, insurance, marketing, retail, telecommunications, and other industries engage employees, manage job hiring processes, and access a centralized workforce database.

With Sense, staff members can manage employee referrals, establish two-way text-based communications, and schedule interviews. It utilizes Search & Match AI functionality that helps managers find as well as connect with relevant candidates, thus optimizing the overall recruitment process. It also enables team members to capture candidate data, manage tasks, and automatically review candidate profiles.

Sense facilitates integration with several third-party applications, including ADP, Bullhorn, Avature, Checkr, Greenhouse, LaborEdge, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, TargetRecruit, and Symplr.
