Trainera is an all-in-one platform for personal trainers, online coaches, gyms and fitness studios. It runs on the web, iOS and Android, with a native Apple Watch app and a Wear OS app, and every client account is free.

Programming and nutrition: a video exercise library of 1,600+ exercises with supersets, circuits and progressions, custom exercises and folders, plan import and export, and a meal library of 1,100+ recipes. Meal plans carry macro targets; clients log food by photo with AI recognition, by barcode or by search, set macro and water targets, skip meals and get an AI shopping list. AI drafts training plans, nutrition plans, workouts and questionnaires from the real library rather than inventing exercises or recipes.

Accountability: intake questionnaires, recurring check-ins with photo and measurement uploads, habit tracking with adherence reports, progress photos, body measurements, personal records, streaks and 40+ achievements. Trainers see at-risk clients, engagement and revenue in business insights.
