What is HRnest?
HRnest is a human resource management software designed to help assist businesses with employee scheduling, leave requests, time tracking, onboarding, document circulation, and more from within a unified platform. Staff members can receive email notifications about changes in time off requests statuses and track their holiday allowances.
HRnest allows enterprises to filter employee data based on filters including type or name, share corporate regulations and monitor expirations across contracts, health and safety training, medical examination, and other tasks. Administrators can assign tasks and work time to staff members based on language, skills, certificates, and job-related permissions. Businesses can also export data in the form of CSV and PDF files, monitor employees' leave status, and generate custom reports with filters.
HRnest facilitates integration with several third-party systems such as Slack, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, iCalendar, and more. Other features include timesheets, overtime calculation, resource allocation and calendar management.
