Underneath both Nexus and Allsorter is D8talive, the extraction engine behind four years of parsing and formatting development. D8talive reads CVs and resumes across file types, including PDFs, Word documents and profiles pulled from job boards and LinkedIn, and captures 95%+ of the data on every document it processes, so it holds up on inconsistent source documents rather than only tidy ones.

Allsorter is the candidate presentation product this all started with, and it's still where a lot of that engine's depth shows most directly. The editor uses a dual-screen view, original CV on one side, reformatted profile on the other, so every change can be checked at a glance. Fields can be spellchecked, edited, reordered or removed, and an anonymisation feature strips school names, employer names and other identifying details from a profile, on top of the option to remove contact information entirely, supporting blind or structured screening where that's part of a process. Custom Prompts let a user, or an entire organisation, save reusable formatting instructions, so house style only needs to be set once. Team and Business plans are available, billed on resume uploads, with unlimited users on both.
