We love that this program is user friendly, customisable, has an app interface & is super easy on the eye.
It’s a rare attribute for any company to maintain an upbeat, proactive and positive desire to help, UPTICK has all of this. Thank you and well done.
Everyone has been impressed with how user friendly it is, especially compared to other systems we have used in the past.
Cons
The service & defect quotes could do with being made editable.
The changes that occur without warning. Uptick has specific rules in place and there is no way around manipulating them.
It was difficult to integrate our data in to the platform to start with.
