How it works

OKR Board is embedded in Salesforce rather than reading Salesforce records, so progress doesn’t depend on how your organization is configured. Key Results are updated through scheduled, asynchronous check-ins, or synced from other systems through Oboard’s public API. Each OKR gets a confidence level that’s calculated automatically from its progress, weight and timeline, which makes at-risk goals visible early.
