Use this app daily for restock reports, inventory by category, to find products without cost variants entered, sales analytics and the list goes on! They are very helpful in creating custom reports for me as well. Usually within a few hours even!

Better Reports allows us to pull reports on far more data than the standard Shopify reporting. If we need data that they don't have available, it is simple to contact their team and they are very prompt with their responses and customizations.
The only thing I have run into problems with is the number of emails per month we are allowed to schedule. We have many reports that are set to "skip blank reports" but the limit calculates those as if they will always send.

Everything is great, if there is ever an issue the customer service team helps find a solution or builds a new filter/calculation for us. Great tool
Better Reports is great for reporting on things I know I want to build on the app. It would be cool to see other case studies or templates to review for our company that similar companies use.

I love how responsive support is. I've asked for many custom reports and they always get it done within a few hours. The data in the app is amazing for making business decisions. Not sure I could go without it.
It seems a bit complex for me to set up my own custom reports; however, support always helps me out quickly and expertly.
