GetMyInvoices is a cloud-based accounting and invoice management software designed primarily for freelancers and small business entrepreneurs. The solution allows businesses to import bills and invoices from multiple sources and create a centralized repository of expenses, documents, and payment receipts.

GetMyInvoices helps businesses fetch invoices from over 500 online portals, manage funds, and transfer invoice details to an integrated bookkeeping service. The software lets users enter their account details for various online portals such as phone bill service, SaaS invoices, restaurant bills, and flight tickets to collect all invoices at one location. Once the details are uploaded, the solution automatically takes care of all invoices, including their payment date and bills. GetMyInvoices is also capable of collecting invoices from multiple email accounts. The solution allows users to configure their email accounts and folders, and the system will automatically transfer invoices to a central database.

GetMyInvoices offers a central email account for every user to manage incoming invoices as well as to send invoices. GetMyInvoices can also be used to process paper invoices. Users can take pictures of the paper invoice and upload it to their account. This is especially useful for the mobile workforce who spend most of their time outside office premises. GetMyInvoices also allows users to synchronize their invoice details with third-party bookkeeping and document storage solutions such as Xero, Dropbox, FastBill, Zoho Books and Billy.
