Every vendor I have tried this with has complained about how rude the people are who call and the turn around time is horrific.

It breaks down Dollar Charges into many, many Cent Charges for some reason. If I have a Lowe's charge of $98.22, it will break it down into Cents ranging from 1to 91, it's crazy.

I love the fact that we have been able to get rid of a lot of paper in the files and use e-file, which has been so amazing. We can just log in and get any information we need for our clients.
