What is iBabs?
iBabs is a cloud-based board portal designed to help directors and secretaries manage board meetings, reduce the time required for meeting preparation, and capture all decisions made. Users can collaborate through meeting summaries, annotations, and voting, and access documents from any device.
With iBabs, administrators can upload all meeting documents to provide paperless access for participants. Documents can be connected to the relevant agenda points to ensure that everyone is viewing the correct information. All changes made to documents are automatically updated for every participant, with annotation tools allowing users to write, draw, and make notes directly on documents. iBabs also offers built-in minutes templates to enable easy tracking of decisions made.
All meeting minutes and decisions can be stored in and exported from iBabs for follow-up. Users can also access meeting summaries at any time, share notes, assign action points to board members, and track all actions taken. iBabs secures all files with 256bit AES encryption to ensure that only authorized individuals can access confidential documents.
