Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Its integration with JIRA is one of the best benefits that we've enjoyed. You can highlight the text of the task in the minutes or in the project description and add it as a JIRA task. This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

Even though I've updated the notification settings I've found that I missed some of the messages. Slack is amazing to connect with co-workers on various topics, meetings, discussions. It has amazing interface where we can join various channels. The tool is super easy to use, it opens up the lines of communications across teams and the org, and you can have so much fun while doing. It's great for boosting team moral and spirit.
