Small companies usually have tons of documents laying around all over the place - many on the file system, some in DropBox, others in Office 365. We were no different. All of our documents were divided into different places for historical reasons or based on the kind of information stored in the documents. Makes knowledge from documents universally available on all devices, delivers knowledge as small nuggets of info instead of documents that have to be launched and scrolled through, eliminates the need to create PDFs to deliver documents, no training required, eliminated wasted time caused by searching for knowledge, eliminate CALs and PDF software licenses
Considering what this product has done for our business, and that we so far we have found no problems that have had a negative impact, I can't think of anything worth saying.

Wir benutzen Theum als Wissensarchiv. Hier haben wir alle Artikel, Bücher, Vorträge und andere Ressourcen aus 30 Jahren Beratungstätigkeit zusammengeführt, die bisher auf verschiedensten Webpräsenzen oder Webunterseiten verteilt waren. Die semantische Erschließung erlaubt es, sehr gezielt auf Inhalte zuzugreifen. Anstelle über Dateisystem oder Sharepoint nach etwas zu suchen, gehen wir direkt auf Theum. Wir nutzen eine gehostete Cloud-Version von Theum und müssen uns nicht um Updates, Betrieb oder sonst etwas kümmern. Die Einrichtung ging sehr schnell.
Die einfache, komfortable und automatisierte Import-Funktion, die direkt aus Sharepoint und Webseiten Inhalte aufbereitet, strukturiert, erschließt und publiziert. Sobald neue Informationen in einem dedizierten Sharepoint-Verzeichnis landen, werden sie automatisiert abgegriffen und in Theum integriert.
eigentlich sehr wenig. Man könnte beim Thema "Website-Archivierung" die Einrichtungsfunktionalität und Konfiguration noch vereinfachen

My business is in the fitness and health industry and there is a world of information surrounding this industry from mitochondria to the weakest muscle, from nerves to nutrition. In other words the A to Z of all things fitness and healthy eating. We have created a sound knowledge base and are always adding to, reviewing and controlling our input and our personal trainer students now have access to Theum for their studies. Theum has revolutionised our organisation.
Easy access to information i.e how easily and quickly a question can be answered without infringing on other levels of the administration.
Our knowledge content is not usable on every type of device i.e mobile access to documented knowledge is not as yet available

sehr gutes System, sehr kompetentes Team, viele Funktionalitäten
modernes Design, Funktionalitäten konnten in Absprache mit Theum auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst werden, gute Suche aufgrund von guten Algorithmus, viele Zusatzfunktionen (etwa, dass einzelne Textabschnitte eigene URLs haben), viele Funktionen sind gut durchdacht und einzigartig
Konnekt zu SharePoint Dokumenten hat nicht immer zuverlässig funktioniert, wenn Dokumentenformatierung nicht einwandfrei war. Hier hat Theum aber immer geholfen für die richtige Formatierung zu sorgen und etwaige Darstellungsfehler zu beheben.

Theum hat uns geholfen sowohl interne Richtlinien als auch Handbücher im Web als HTML5 und PDF zu veröffentlichen.
Theum ist leicht zu bedienen und liefert die gewünschten Ergebnisse in kurzer Zeit und mit sehr guter Qualität.
Bis dato war die Installation und Einrichtung (auch Upgrades) recht mühsam und nicht ohne Support zu machen. Das soll sich lt. Hersteller aber mit dem nächsten Release ändern.
