“We wanted to create a single loaction for our advisors to work out of. This meant having a CRM and Knowledge Base located in the same tool. While this is possible and there is a lot of positives to what Shelf is providing with this integration, our advisors just were not a fan of it and it was difficult for us to get their buy in. We eventually gave up on this effort and allow advisors to just access Shelf in whichever way they feel is best for them. ”
