Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

What is PlainPPM?
PlainPPM is the Swiss project portfolio management solution built natively on Microsoft 365. PlainPPM uses the building blocks your organization already runs: Power Apps for the application logic, Power Automate for workflows, Power BI for reports and dashboards, Microsoft Copilot for AI-assisted analysis, Microsoft Planner Premium for task management, and Microsoft Teams for collaboration.

Data residency
PlainPPM is developed and operated in Switzerland. All customer data stays inside the customer's Microsoft 365 tenant region — either Switzerland or the EU. That delivers automatic compliance with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG/FADP) and the EU GDPR. Hospitals, banks and public authorities whose compliance frameworks rule out external SaaS platforms can run PlainPPM without a separate data processing agreement; processing remains under the customer's already-approved Microsoft 365 contract.
Integration
Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint document management, Planner Premium for tasks, Microsoft Entra ID for single sign-on, Microsoft Excel for ad-hoc analysis and PowerPoint for status reporting. Custom approval and reporting workflows are built directly in Power Automate.
