What is Materio?
Materio is a cloud-based software designed to help construction businesses create estimates/proposals and manage construction projects on a centralized platform. Supervisors can build estimates using the visual estimation tool and provide project access to clients or team members to facilitate overall collaboration.
Materio allows organizations to upload floor plans or mood boards on the platform and create project scopes by selecting custom categories and adding pricing estimates according to requirements. Managers can use the finance dashboard to view change orders, project expenses, estimated cost, gross profit, and more. It also lets users send material/item selections to clients and track the status of approval as ‘open’, ‘awaiting approval’, and ‘confirmed’.
Materio enables businesses to view the scheduled arrival of ordered materials on a calendar and capture progress pictures of sites using the mobile application. The software also helps users create duplicate project plans to send multiple bids simultaneously.
