Pros

It is pretty easy to use. The ability to set up sales sequencing was nice and pretty easy to do.
Easy set up, intuitive interface, good gmail integration, decent price. I once called them for help on a saturday and someone answered and was very helpful.
With freshsales the user will know more tools to evaluate potential customers. Freshsales has an excellent communication, which we highly recommend to handle sales opportunities.

Pros

Overall love the product and ease of use and have recommended to several friends at other companies.
The staff is always helpful and eager to help resolve any questions you may have. A pleasure to work with for sure.
We love Customer Support as CSR is always there to help us. And it has so many awesome features which will help you in saving money on cold email campaign tools.

Cons

Error logs were nearly impossible to find and though the log is supposed to be included on the email showing the errors it wasn't. Support couldn't figure it out either.
Horrible at talking to people and trying to fix problems.
Th reporting system is really bad. You cannot rely on if it is giving you the right report.

Cons

Salesflare does suffer from a lack of compatibility with other sales based software. For example, we use Leadworx for our outbound lead generation.
A proper email sequence/drip functionality is missing.
I've used a few CRM's and most of them you need a month of study and Youtube searches just to get stuck.

One of the fully featured CRM but quite costly for the startups and SMBs

We're quite happy with our selection of Freshworks CRM but down the line, we realized the cost to benefit proposition isn't in our favor so we switched to Salesflare.

Pros

It has all the features which we wanted. The Freedy makes things by doing repetitive tasks.

Cons

We wish if the pricing is also pocket/budget-friendly. Secondly, there must be direct integrations with banks for transaction imports.
