Overall Salesforce is great. I am very happy with their email tools. The website is pretty easy to use and the email tools are pretty great. However, I found the User Interface to be quite complex and not the best. But overall, I am happy with it for now. I recommend Salesforce to people who are very comfortable doing basic tasks on a computer.
Salesforce does a great job of providing a full suite of tools for managing your company's leads, contacts, and opportunities. The email tracker features are great for helping to keep track of sales-related communications. However, the user interface could be improved in terms of general usability. It also has a nice email tool that allows you to create accounts and send bulk emails. The email tools are great though, and most importantly, Salesforce is very reliable and stable. Salesforce is a very powerful software that can be used for all sorts of small business applications as it is very small to medium business-centric.
I think the interface could be better, but it does the job. Also, their pricing could be a bit cheaper. If you have a larger account with Salesforce, it will be more expensive than some other tools out there, but it is still relatively affordable.

Ease of keeping track of clients - seriously, it's so easy to use.
They're constantly making updates and improving the CRM. They're integrating with a lot of popular SaaS software. And it's just a pretty to look at app!
Coming from using Salesforce, there are some things to get used to. Not necessarily negative, just a different way of doing things. You'll be thrown off if you're used to such a robust CRM like Salesforce.

The ease of use, accessibility, and features makes it my no.1 choice for CRM. In the Past, I've used Zoho, Microsoft's SAGE and also Salesforce but there were always one or other issue. It helped to me increase my Sales Productivity and Forecast Accuracy. Mobile App is also good & help you to automate your tasks.
Can be a bit confusing at times especially when you have contacts who have more than one business

What I like the most about Salesflare is the direct integration into Gmail. While other CRMs offer amazing functionality and features, more often than not they require you to use their integrated email service. As a small business, we use Gmail for our communication, file management, and scheduling. Having a light-weight CRM directly integrated into Gmail makes client managment easier and that's the most important feature for us.
Salesflare does suffer from a lack of compatibility with other sales based software. For example, we use Leadworx for our outbound lead generation. Leadworx integrates with CRMs such as Salesforce and Zendesk but Salesflare is not compatible which means we need to go back and forth between platforms to manage our lead generation and account management. The point of using Salesflare, for us, is to limit the need to switch between platforms.
Hey Carlos! The Leadworx integration is there now for a while and it is quite extensive. Hope you enjoy it!

Sales intelligence, Transparency, Speed, Accountability
Salesflare integrates with my google mail. It has helped me collect contact info directly from emails, social profiles, etc. The service keeps track of all my emails and shows the stages of communication with the client. It has certainly helped me speed up my workflow.
Not a big grouse, but SalesFlare has an email campaign which is limited to one email. I have to use another program to drip emails to them.

How easy you can create campaigns and opportunities and track your contacts. You will have a lot of ways to track your leads with Zapier integration and others like website and email. The automation options are really useful. Salesflare also has an app that you can use when your away from your computer and is really really awesome.
1. Campaigns 2. Opportunities 3. Zapier integration 4. Website tracking 5. Email tracking
This platform has everything that my small marketing agency needs to track and manage our sales process.

We switched over from Nutshell and really liked the simplicity of the UI, along with the Outlook integration. It easily imported all of our info from both Nutshell and Outlook, making transition pretty seamless.
The UI was super intuitive and simple to use. We had most of our sales team up and running in less than an hour. The campaigns tool is awesome for sending customized messages to filtered groups of clients. Outlook integration (native) also ads a nice interface into the program providing details and contact history with whoever you're emailing
It's not as extensively customization as something like SalesForce (which some may see as a benefit), but still offers a decent degree of customization/enhancements

Awesome
I really love the workflow management feature in Salesflare that helps me automate 40% of my team's sales tasks. Overall its a highly customizable and robust tool for SaaS sales professionals.
Not anything worth mentioning just a couple of upgrades like email customisation etc would really make this fly

I love having a system online that I can run my prospects through and keep track of wins and losses. I also love that it's becoming more and more connectable to other services over time. I haven't had to tap into the Salesflare support very often, but when I do, they're ready to help right away ... love that!
Customizable sales funnel that can evolve as my company does.
That it's not yet connected to all the other services that I use (but it will be at some point :).

It helped me to optimize my sales automatically.
1 - Have all the CRM basic functionality 2 - Have integrations 3 - Coolest Marketers 4 - Product does almost everything
1 - Don't have a complete CRM, Marketing and Sales features together 2 - No cons other than that. The team is great.

Its a good entry solution for most client oriented brands
Ease of use is what makes this solution great. Its easy to implement and track user activity as well.
Its a bit basic when it comes to cross-team integrations when the department expands to CSMs, Sales, Marketing, etc

We're a startup and we need to get sales going, fast; Salesflare is helping me do that. Our sales process feels beautifully simple and a lot of the credit goes to Salesflare.
Native integration with Gmail. Everything I do in Gmail is automatically and instantly synced with Salesflare. I don't need to worry about keeping my address book updated, all contact data is there without me having to lift a finger.
I would like to able to make calls directly from Salesflare. Their core functionalities are rock solid though, you can also tell they have a clear product map but are still in the early stages.

We use it as a goto software for sales CRM inside our organization
Kanban style board for managing the status of leads and also the integration with landingi works great. The landingi forms on submit directly sends leads to salesflare.
There is very limited capability to do drip campaigns.

Sales operational issues. There was too little time for too many administrative tasks, which left us with less time for actual customer dialogue. Needless to say we had less sales than we could have. Salesflare changed that.
The seamless Google integration, the fully functional mobile app, and the possibility to endlessly enhance capabilities with integrations.
A proper email sequence/drip functionality is missing. Campaigns are really strong, though, as well as easy to implement.

Salesflare has been an incredibly valuable tool for my sales process and my business. I'd recommend it to anyone.
As a busy sales person in the field, it always feels like extra work when it comes to updating CRM-type data and keeping track of my sales pipeline; Salesflare has an excellent and easy to use process to keep track of this and keep everything flowing. Huge fan!
There could be a few more integrations to make automation more available, but so far I like it a lot!

It's a tool that fit my needs of sales management it's simple and efficient.
It's an easy-to-use CRM, you have status for your management and you can drag and drop clients from one situation to another, etc. It's integrated to the Gmail through a sidebar what makes things faster!
Price is high, could be 9 dollars year so small business could afford to pay for the tool and use it!
Hello there! We understand cheaper is always more interesting, but CRMs are relatively underpriced already vs other software... plus you get a ton in return when using Salesflare specifically. If we don't boost your sales results by at least x10 the price of the software, then something is going wrong! :)

What works well is the simplicity of using the app. It's easy to import leads from a variety of platforms, assign them to the appropriate team member and sales funnel. The system automatically updates all email communication and meetings. In addition you can add files to the contact record. It's ability to automatically detect information from the company website is also great.
The only downside we have found to this tool is that the percentage calculations used for the sales funnel conversions are not standard and not entirely useful.

We were working with SFDC but this didn't really do it for us. The hygiene was a nightmare. The tool wasn't used enough and the data became stale and therefore unreliable. We looked and found a lightweight tool that lives on top of you inbox and does all the things SFDC never did.
Salesflare provides a seamless experience between your salespipeline and your email inbox your cellphone and any other app you are using in the sales process. It automatically syncs all the activities. As a result your CRM becomes very clean. Forecasting is becomes more reliable and adoption of the tool among different sales reps is no longer a problem.
There are some missing features specifically around account management. However I am confident that these features will be build and added in due time.

I use a high end CRM that has it's own opportunity management system. However, I found it clunky to use, and I turned to Salesflare because it was so visually easy to look at. And, that has made a huge difference. Combined with intelligent contact and company data lookup assistance, it makes it really easy to track where everyone is in the sales process.
Salesflare makes it easily to look at open sales opportunities in a single glance and decide what is most important to move people forward.
I haven't really run into any big trouble with Salesflare - I think tighter integration with my primary CRM would make a big difference, but I haven't actually taken the time to look into whether that is already possible or not, so can't say it is a weakness of Salesflare.

Most importantly, looking for a sales management platform that will help us make more sales. If that's your goal, Salesflare is the answer. There are lots of expensive and over-complicated platforms on the market, but Saleflare is easy to use and makes us more efficient. Highly recommended.
The platform: Ease of use, automation features, no bloatware The people: excellent customer support
Tag management could be better, maybe i haven't figured it out but cannot see how to save filters.

Overall I’m thrilled. No more lost leads. No more forgetting what happened or when it happened. It conforms to my exact sales cadence. I’m so happy with it I have tried to convert all my friends who are entrepreneurs over to Salesflare – and no I’m not an affiliate of them so I don’t get paid. Oh, and did I mention that it keeps on improving? Yes, it does and when they roll a new feature out it has good documentation on it.
It is easy to use, easy to customize, and accomplishes EXACTLY what I need it to. I like that it is a CRM that specializes in Sales, because if you don’t have sales you don’t have a business. I have a sales cadence that is critical to follow. In Salesflare I can customize it to meet my exact cadence. But wait, that’s not all!!!! I can easily send an email campaign to my contacts. And the email program in Salesflare is AWESOME, you can customize your emails with contact names or business names. You can then track your emails.
When a program does all that Salesflare does it is hard to complain. But, you want a negative and I’d have to say that I can’t create a true Drip Campaign in Salesflare (it was never meant to be an email marketing software). And I would like the Tasks in my task list to be emailed to me, but since I’m in the program already this is not that big of a deal.
