So the system acts like the minority report and in case you might accidently send emails to old contacts it stops your ability to send current prospects emails until you delete old records.   and old records to them are 4 months... if they haven't received an email in 4 months, opened one in 6 months they are OLD and limit your deliverablity.

This is something that needs to be addressed before informing that you have a integration with that program and ensure it works well before announcing it.

I have been using it for my business for over 10 years and it allowed me to launch and scale my business over that time.

I had no choice but export and delete 15K contacts.   And as my business changed the complex forms that had been such a golden ticket to my business, weren't necessary.   

Keap conveniently delivered automated lead capture and the campaign building tools also impressed me significantly.

The interface is well-designed, and the email templates are super helpful.

One downside is that the appointment scheduling tool can link with other external calendar applications.

Some cons include the need for a larger selection of templates and confusion with certain automated tasks.
