Karlia is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software designed to help businesses handle various administrative processes such as prospecting, accounting, invoicing, project management, suppliers' communications, purchasing, and more. Managers can maintain and update a client database by including custom fields, such as lists, dates, tags, numbers, or ratings. Users can also create white-labeled documents by adding a corporate logo and colors to establish brand identity among customers.

Using Karlia, CS teams can create sales pipelines or tunnels to streamline follow-up processes and access quotes, delivery or credit notes, order forms, and documents from a centralized repository. Managers can export invoices, automate bank reconciliation processes, and facilitate communication between employees, freelancers, stakeholders, suppliers, and clients on a unified platform. Organizations can calculate value-added taxes (VAT), create and assign tasks to staff members, add deadlines to projects, and validate expense reports according to requirements. Employees, customers, and freelancers can also use the software to collaborate on tasks, provide feedback, and add comments to attachments.

Karlia allows supervisors to track overdue tasks on the dashboard, view ongoing projects on a Kanban board, streamline payment processes via Stripe, and configure permissions for staff members to access sales pipelines, clients’ data, and other information. Other features include multilingual translation, group management, expense reports, inventory management, and data import or export.
