“They will not answer phone or emails for days or weeks at a time on multiple attempts, and if you do actually get ahold of someone, getting follow through on anything is just about impossible, unless your store is just straight up broken, then they seem to take you seriously. If I could rewind I would have moved POS systems when they cut integration support for web platforms to Shopify only.”
