Zoey product overview

What is Zoey?

Zoey offers three key components to its solution:

Key benefits of using Zoey

Our Mobile App equips salespeople with a way to look up product and pricing information, as well as capture orders and create sales quotes, wherever they are in the field, even if Internet is unavailable.

Net Terms with Credit Limits let merchants set rules per account for buy now, pay later payment offerings.

Accounts let you link multiple buyer logins with workflows that include order approvals.

Access Restrictions protect proprietary information like pricing, hide categories or products from certain users, or even lock the entire site.

Customer Groups offer segmentation of pricing (including tiered pricing), catalog, shipping, discounts, promotions, payments and more by dividing your customers into different groups for a unique experience for each.

Quick Order offers pre-defined order forms or ways to enter SKUs at volume within a single page, with the ability for customers to have their own pre-defined orders for quick ordering.

Request a Quote lets new or existing users request customized pricing, particularly helpful when paired with access restrictions to suppress public pricing.

Zoey's fully responsive drag and drop responsive design editor eliminates the need for developers, HTML or CSS.

eCommerce stores created with Zoey are search engine optimized, meeting modern SEO standards and best practices. Users can also take advantage of a built-in blog.

Zoey offers API access and POS integrations for use alongside other eCommerce tools as well as smooth migration from existing platforms.

Pros
The design capabilities are fantastic. Being able to create a custom look and the ease to change it in minutes is worth it.
We also we really the shopping portion of it and the ease. I think the one thing that is so crucial to this software is the support team, they are amazing and always have an answer.
Zoey is an amazing eCommerce platform. It makes it a breeze for merchants to run successfully a store with no in-house developer.
Cons
Even customers decide not to use the protection, at least they can have a sense that fraud purchase might happen, and they could pay more attention when any suspicious transaction happened.
Other times, we get a question instead of an answer. The other problem I have, is I never know how much my credit card will be charged.
Monthly price is a little high compared to competitors and there is no way to run multiple sites/stores from one account.

Absolutely the best!

Reviewed 5 years ago
Pros

Zoey is an amazing eCommerce platform! It makes it a breeze for merchants to run successfully a store with no in-house developer! Nice and Clean admin interface. It's intuitive and easy to use which allows you to get up and running your store very quickly. Out of the box Zoey comes with a lot of goodies every merchant is craving on - a great drag & drop design editor; advanced international tools:...

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning - the platform isn't a one-and-done effort and Zoey really keeps it up by doing constant enhancements.

Similar to Magento, but better!

Reviewed 2 years ago

Zoey is easy to jump into, thanks to intuitive design, thorough support docs, and very responsive customer service.

Pros

Being able to attach and unattach product attributes and pick where they appear on category and product pages is great. I was on Magento 1 before, and that was much less flexible.

Cons

The only real area Zoey falls short is in the number of third party apps that can be integrated.

Zoey takes you to B2B commerce

Reviewed 2 months ago

Zoey is an excellent B2B commerce tool planned for all those companies that require to offer stable and continuous services to their customers, Zoey has a lot of benefits that help companies to operate in a simple way making the processes much more productive, it also offers some B2C features, so that users can make simple movements in their orders.

Pros

The capabilities offered by the tool to design are excellent, our products are well managed with accurate information so that customers can have all the necessary data before making their purchase. With Zoey we do not require an in-house developer as we have all the steps to create a successful store. The flexibility and scalability of the tool certainly generates a lot of peace of mind in our company....

Cons

The customer service should be much better for how good the tool is, we would like to talk directly with a support agent that can help us with immediate solutions instead of sending an email that sometimes takes days to receive a response, the time lost in those lapses make us lose a lot of money. Other than that the tool does its job and offers great benefits to the company.

Great stuff with some essentials missing

Reviewed 4 years ago

Overall its a good tool.

Pros

Zoey was real easy to use to get our online store up and running. The integration with Google is also very nice.

Cons

Zoey lacks some functions like being able to send out emails in lists. It would be nice to have more templates for emails as well that are not just html.

Easy and Powerful

Reviewed 5 years ago

Stylish web site, increased conversion rate, better communication with customers

Pros

This is a powerful ecommerce system. It is very easy to configure yet flexible enough to handle very detailed product options, freight options and business rules. The new design makes changing your layout as easy as the push of a button. It provides lots of 3rd party plug ins for added functionality. The orders button has become my primary means of communicating the sales flow with the customer....

Cons

The only con I have is there is one small design issue that they are working on. I would like to create a "real" landing page with no navigation other than the buy now button. Unfortunately, at this time, Navigation, header.. can not be removed. If I was a programmer, I am sure I could write some CSS to do it but it won't do it out of the box.
