What is Recruitly?
Recruitly is a recruitment software solution targeting the needs of staffing and recruitment agencies with a single cloud-based, modular system. Available on a professional monthly pricing plan metered by active user, plus optional feature add-ons, Recruitly’s core functions span a recruitment CRM, applicant tracking (ATS), email marketing and job distribution. Accessible online via any web-enabled device, the system is also supported by a companion mobile app for Android and iOS devices. CRM capabilities include lead generation and the capture of new website leads via custom web forms, plus lead management for logging conversation histories, tasks and appointments. Applicant tracking tools then cover candidate search, matching and interview scheduling, resume parsing, along with the ability to post single job opportunities to multiple job boards.
Email integration with inboxes such as Gmail and Outlook, is then followed by marketing features and the distribution of e-shot campaigns from within Recruitly. Users can create distribution lists and branded custom email templates via the software’s HTML editor, while a dedicated IP address and bounce checking aids campaign success. Reporting and analytical capabilities also joins GDPR support with automated consent requesting and dashboard-based database health checks. SMS & voice integration and client portal provision are provided, along with plugins for WordPress and LinkedIn.
