What is SimpleTix?

SimpleTix is an online ticketing system for performing arts, concerts, festivals, visitor attractions, conferences and tradeshows, sporting events, and more. The platform allows event organizers and venues to sell tickets online through their own website or a dedicated event page. The embeddable widget can be integrated into any website, and lets customers purchase tickets without having to navigate away from the site. Users can create custom seating charts for different venues to allow customers to select their own seats, and freeze or reserve seats as necessary. Various discounted tickets can be offered to different groups, such as students and senior citizens.

The SimpleTix mobile app allows users to retrieve guest information, manage check-ins, and track attendance on the day from their mobile device. Tickets can be scanned using device cameras, and sales can be made on the door with payment processing through Square. SimpleTix also integrates with a range of third-party applications, including MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Stripe, PayPal, Salesforce, Zapier, and more.
