SmartATS is an applicant tracking system designed to help businesses manage various aspects of recruitment including preparing job posts, sourcing applications, communication, and more. The platform includes candidate management functionality, which enables organizations to create a candidate pool using resume boards, maintain candidates’ audit details, and track the entire hiring process via a unified portal.
The jobs broadcasting module in SmartATS allows administrators to create and post vacancies with custom descriptions across various career portals, websites, and social networks and automate application submission and candidate communication processes. The built-in client and vendor management feature lets hiring teams organize active contacts, send mass emails, maintain communication records, and monitor leads with information such as audit dates, positions, owner, and status.
SmartATS lets managers gain insights into metrics related to applicants’ status, executive performance, candidate engagement, conversion rates, application sources, and more via analytics, KPIs, and reports. It also supports integration with various third-party applications and resume boards including Microsoft Outlook, Dice, Nexxt, and Monster Jobs.
