What is CampBrain?
Campbrain is a cloud-based software that helps schools, conferences, agencies, and religious organizations, manage camp registrations and accommodation booking on a centralized platform. The platform provides reservations and accommodations calendar, allowing administrators to update monthly, weekly, or daily resource allocation based on registration numbers.
Campbrain enables team members to receive real-time booking status updates, such as on hold, awaiting confirmation, awaiting deposit, unsure about dates, and cancelled. The meal planning functionality lets camp coordinators automatically populate meal schedules, customize meal menus, and add participant specific dietary needs, one-off requests, or allergies. The financial management module allows supervisors to configure fixed or variable charges, taxes, accounting categories, and price lists.
Campbrain facilitates integration with third-party calendar tools, including iCal, MS Outlook, and Google Calendar. The built-in fundraising tool lets staff members create mailing lists, build and post landing pages for campaigns, and send receipts and acknowledgments. It also lets supervisors define usage and assign resources, such as climbing walls, ropes, meeting rooms, and projectors.
