percentage of funds raised. Most competing platforms charge 2-5% of every
dollar bid or donated. HelloFund does not. Credit card processing is 3.5%,
and roughly 90% of donors choose to cover that fee at checkout.
What features does HelloFund include?
HelloFund supports the full event lifecycle including silent and live
auctions with mobile bidding, ticketing and sponsorship sales, guest
management and table assignments, Paddles Up / Fund-a-Need appeals,
raffle and sign-up parties, onsite check-in and checkout, real-time
text notifications, automatic tax receipts, and board-ready post-event
reporting.
Does HelloFund offer onsite support?
Yes. The Essentials package includes a dedicated onsite HelloFund rep
on event night equipped with laptops, card readers, printed bid cards,
and recording sheets for Paddles Up giving. Every plan also includes
a dedicated Auction and Event Specialist for setup, training, and
event night guidance.
