With InfiPlex OMS multi-marketplace retailers can view and manage all of their sales orders from one platform, with the ability to view multiple orders from across different channels, all in one place. The order management feature provides a full list of all pending orders, with details of order type, shipping information, tracking numbers, billing details, processing status, order source, and more, and users can also access a full database of historical orders sorted by customer or order source. InfliPlex OMS allows multi-channel sellers to create product listings, and monitor SKUs to see which products are selling the most, meaning prices and inventory replenishment can be managed to meet demand.
Managed on the Amazon AWS cloud, InfiPlex OMS provides a secure and scalable environment to help businesses manage their eCommerce sales channels, whilst facilitating integration with third party applications and services including Groupon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Magento, WooCommerce, and more. InfiPlex OS also allows businesses to integrate with shipping carriers and drop shippers to streamline their order shipping and supply chain management and integrate workflows.
