Features include archiving, domain sharing, image galleries, two-factor authentication, password protection, notes history, and more. Administrators can utilize the white-label capabilities to personalize the interface using custom logos, themes, fonts, sidebar items, and colors to establish identity with teams.
The search functionality in Notejoy lets users search images, PDFs, and Google or office documents across libraries and archives using optical character recognition (OCR) functionality and tags. It supports integration with various third-party applications such as Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Gmail, Slack, Trello, and HubSpot.
