Pencil In is a scheduling tool designed to help small businesses manage customers, notifications, payments, and booking on a centralized platform. Features include client behavior tracking, remote access, calendar management, data import/export, and purchase history.

The application enables clients to book multiple classes or sessions using custom filters, edit profile details, and set payment methods. Owners can track member’s attendance, no-shows, or cancellations, record interactions, and send automated text reminders to avoid missed appointments. Pencil In allows managers to view daily sessions and manage staff’s timetable and availability. It also lets administrators update class timings, define the number of attendees allowed, and the frequency of sessions.

Employees can use Pencil In to process credit or debit card payments, send invoices and receipts to clients via email, and track outstanding payments. Supervisors can create employee profiles and add the working hours and services associated. The software also provides integration with third-party applications such as Stripe, Google My Business, Facebook, Wix, and more.
