Contractors use Picture Perfect Pricing on their iPad or tablet to help customers understand the benefits of preventive maintenance and service agreements. The solution also includes features such as customer management, invoicing, dispatching, diagnostics, and reporting.
With the dispatching module, users can manage and schedule service calls, view calendars and maps, as well as see technician progress in real-time. The system also sends automatic reminders for upcoming appointments and service agreement tune ups.
The diagnostics tool helps technicians present a complete diagnostic of equipment condition to help the customer understand what has been checked, what’s working fine, and what must be repaired. Customers and technicians can produce an invoice together by adding services to an invoice with a single click.
The customer management module in Picture Perfect Pricing allows users to view customer history regardless of technician, past diagnostic reports, previous measurements and even photos. The reporting feature enables users to make sense of data from the dashboard, and create summary and marketing reports.
