What is Servetel?

Servetel is a cloud-based communication management solution designed to help businesses connect and communicate with customers via calls and custom messages. The platform comes with a call management module, which lets organizations transfer calls to executives based on rosters, availability, and shift timings.

Servetel assists administrators with recording and analyzing customer interactions in order to facilitate agent training and quality control. It offers numerous features such as SMS alerts, virtual numbers, interactive voice response (IVR), call forwarding, toll-free numbers, received and missed call notifications, call queue management, and more. The system also enables users to send transactional or promotional messages, including one-time passwords (OTPs) and offers, via a web portal.

Servetel allows managers to gain insight into agent performance, call duration, marketing campaign performance, and more via real-time analytics and live call monitoring. It supports integration with various third-party customer relationship management (CRM) systems including Google Sheets, Zoho, and more.

Good product overall, suits best to our environment. People who i coordinated with in this firm did a good job despite it being a lockdown. Implementation was smooth and simple.

Pros
Ease of use and implementation. The product was very use to implementation and it's also easy to use.

Cons
I havent found anything that's a show stopper as of now.
