Pros

I have been using Servetel's contact center solution for over a year. It has been a very wholesome experience till now. The features provided with the solution are handy and have helped us increase our business efficiency. The good part is every feature in their tool can be used provided you wish to utilize it. The account managers are accommodating and describe each step very clearly.

Cons

The updates are delayed, if we could get more business-centric feature releases that would be great. Not complaining as they already provide multiple features.

As per their reputation, I would recommend Servetel for calling solutions.

Pros

Fast with their responses when it comes to support.

Cons

Nothing as such however sometimes a few minor bugs cause operational issues but that gets resolved on time.

Unprofessional Team

Beware of the 'new' Servetel. It is extremely unprofessional. We had a wonderful experience with Servetel for 3 years. However, they suddenly informed me that they will disconnect my current plan 2 months before the expiry and quoted a price which was 8-times that of the price of previous plan. When I protested that the price escalation is too much and that they cannot discontinue a plan before its expiry, they immediately terminated my services. Fortunately it is easy for us to switch, and we did that immediately. But it left a very bitter taste nevertheless.

Pros

Reasonable features. Nothing extraordinary though

Cons

Extremely unprofessional team. They can increase prices by 5-10 times and disconnect services even if you have paid plan running.

IVR by Servetel - what you see is what you get

Good product overall, suits best to our environment. People who i coordinated with in this firm did a good job despite it being a lockdown. Implementation was smooth and simple.

Pros

Ease of use and implementation. The product was very use to implementation and it's also easy to use.

Cons

I havent found anything that's a show stopper as of now.

Disappointed !!!!Very Unprofessional

Terrible support, No response when youw nat to discontinue. Wont recommend it to any company, incase if you don't want to go ahead after trial they wont care to respond to even your calls!!! Very very unprofessional....

Pros

Nothing at all . Terrible network ,terrible service.

Cons

Worst response from the team after taking our money. We have only used their product for trial period they needed half payment for that . WE requested for discontinuing the services ,its been a month. They have stopped responding !!!!WE need a refund !!
