SONARH is software designed for human resource management in companies of any type. It helps to organize job offers, making it possible to plan the skills required for the position. It collects the candidates' data and evaluates their skills in order to choose the best option. Subsequently, it measures the performance of the employee or team based on personal and dynamic criteria according to requirements. It also helps to establish an organizational chart, present it in an orderly manner, and plan the work of different teams.
The attendance control section makes it is possible to control the schedules of each worker, hours of attendance within the workday, overtime, and any incidents. The registration is done through biometric control and with an electronic device that sends the data to the payroll section, minimizing calculation errors. This data can be used to study the effectiveness of schedules and adjust working times.
The payroll module collects attendance control data, the qualification of each worker, bonuses and deductions, according to regulations, and extraordinary payments.
