Pros
Its one of the most useful things we can use for assisting people and i enjoy using it when i get a chance.
Being able to see what the customer sees (bonus if they have a good camera and good reception).
The ability to highlight certain areas on the screen with different color boxes does come in handy when showing our customer what parts to look out for.
Cons
Keeps coming in a negative filter making it a little hard to see what i am looking at.
Sometimes got the weak signal limited area to use.
Sometimes when trying to connect to someone with an iphone can be problematic and not work.
