Teams can also guide employees to approved goods and services through internal catalogs and supplier PunchOut integrations. Configurable approval workflows help companies enforce purchasing policies without adding unnecessary manual work. Requests, purchase orders, invoices, and other documents can be routed based on amount, department, location, project, role, supplier, or custom rules. Approvers get the context they need to make decisions faster, while finance and procurement teams maintain visibility into every step of the process. Precoro also supports purchase order management, including standard, blanket, recurring, and service orders. Approved requests can be converted into POs, consolidated when needed, and tracked against budgets, receipts, invoices, and suppliers. This helps teams reduce off-system purchasing, improve supplier compliance, and keep spend aligned with approved budgets. For AP teams, Precoro connects invoice processing with purchasing context. The platform includes an AP inbox, AI-powered OCR for invoice capture, duplicate detection, and 2- and 3-way matching against purchase orders and receipts.
