The best part we love is to customize our flow using no code chatbot builder. The second is omnichannel livechat inbox. We use it for WhatsApp, messenger, instagram.
We don't think there is any missing features with respect to our usage. It is best for our use case.

Super experience.
Very easy to understand and operate. User friendly interface. Can make multiple flows easily. Integration is easy with multiple channels.

The best team, customer support and great founders behind the tool.
The best part is omnichannel deployment of chatbot with single click and integration with our backend system.
We didn't found any features that is not available on platform, they are very great in terms of providing custom solution if required.

Wonderful - in simple words
The feature of integrating all omni channel is best from the photosynthesis.

Overall it was a good experience with Botosynthesis and developing a WhatsApp chatbot.
