What is Contact Cubed?

Contact Cubed is a cloud-based speech analytics software designed to help businesses in collections, insurance, sales, banking, and call center industries analyze calls to optimize conversions, natural language processing (NLP), and other operations across departments. The artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled platform automatically identifies and removes sensitive customer information across raw and transcribed audio files.

Contact Cubed includes a management journal with collaboration functionality, which enables supervisors, directors, and managers to review and document agent performance. It enables users to capture and store call recording files in a centralized repository and improve transcription operations using call scoring rubrics, in-audit call transcriptions, and keyword search capabilities. Administrators can also receive alerts about status updates in real-time via SMS and emails.

Contact Cubed’s dashboard allows managers to gain insights into customer experience level, agent performance, call flow, and diagnostic, descriptive, and predictive metrics via analytics and reports. It also supports integration with various third-party applications such as Microsoft Azure, Invoca, RingCentral, Salesforce, Twilio, and more via API.
