The artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled platform automatically identifies and removes sensitive customer information across raw and transcribed audio files.
Contact Cubed includes a management journal with collaboration functionality, which enables supervisors, directors, and managers to review and document agent performance. It enables users to capture and store call recording files in a centralized repository and improve transcription operations using call scoring rubrics, in-audit call transcriptions, and keyword search capabilities. Administrators can also receive alerts about status updates in real-time via SMS and emails.
Contact Cubed’s dashboard allows managers to gain insights into customer experience level, agent performance, call flow, and diagnostic, descriptive, and predictive metrics via analytics and reports.
