The mobile application helps enterprises access documents, approve or reject workflows, and send files via email, even from remote locations. Managers can use the search functionality to track or retrieve files using keywords and set up eSignature and password requirements for specific workflows. Team members can collaborate with each other, create custom document stamps, and automatically delete files based on defined retention periods.
Dokmee ECM facilitates integration with various third-party systems such as Workday, Salesforce, QuickBooks, SAP, PeopleSoft, Allscripts, and more. The file-sharing functionality enables supervisors to view specific files at the same time and track edits or revisions using version control capabilities. Users can add annotations such as layers, custom stamps, sticky notes, or eSignatures to images.
