Emersion also allows enterprises to accept payments through various methods including debit or credit cards, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and more. Customer experience (CX) professionals can automatically calculate customers’ voice or data usage amount and pro-rata charges for various telecom services.
Emersion facilitates integration with various third-party platforms such as Xero, ConnectWise Manage, Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, and more via APIs.
