The thing i like the most about the software Frazer is that fact that you have an entry level system in terms of cost but your receive a good bang for your buck.

After having to totally reset my computer, and lost my Frazer software, I had to call your establishment for assistance in reinstalling my software to get me back up and running.

I use the software to manage all of our inventory. It also has wonderful integration partners so I can prepare documents and do our indirect lending and credit checks right through the software.

Frazer has been very helpful in keeping track of all payments, costs, inventory, profits, etc.

Been a customer for over 20 years. Good company to do business with.

Sometimes the updates cause problems between linked computers which can be a pain but the customer service center always fixes the problem quickly.

I have discussed this with my staff and we can not come up with a problem.

I do not what car dealer would want to file by inventory and not the contract number. If filed by customer name it will be missed filed.

I needed help with expanding a couple of forms for our By Here Pay Here car lot. Other service reps (99% of the time are on the ball and extremely helpful) could not help with typing up a form. However I was transferred to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and BOY! Lucky me. He was very helpful and where 2 other reps had said no...he said yes and did the task in the same few hours and emailed it to me for my review. Are you kidding? This rep is an asset to Frazer. I am really appreciative of his can do attitude and customer service mind set. People like him are a breed apart. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. Thank you. With regard to that 1%, forms can be a tricky topic due to the inherent legalities that come with them. This is why our support techs recommend submitting custom forms directly to our forms department for review from within Frazer's built-in Form Request feature. That being said, you are correct, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is a gem that exemplifies the Frazer way and we're glad to hear you treasure his work as much as we do!

Frazer makes putting a deal together simple. It also make tracking inventory and costs simple. The reports and daily paperwork are by far better than anything we’ve used.

We list all our inventory on Frazer, we do all our sales through this software, and we send all vehicle info from Frazer to our website and advertisers.

I use the software to manage all of our inventory. It also has wonderful integration partners so I can prepare documents and do our indirect lending and credit checks right through the software. I also am able to directly upload pictures and status on our inventory directly to our website.

pass month lots of problem

Hello Arec, thank you for letting us know you're having trouble! I'll have someone from our tech support team reach out to you, to see if they can better pinpoint the computer issues you're having.

It was nice to have a software to enter all sales and purchases, however,all the necessary information I felt was needed wasn't available. There ended up having to be lots of notes taken on the deal jacket to make sure all details were recorded. 

Not User-friendly but great price

Hi Naomi, thanks for the feedback! If you'd like to learn how to enter customer payment types (or anything else), please reach out to our support team by phone, chat, or email. If your employees have the need to access Frazer from outside the office, you may be a candidate for online Hosted Frazer, which would eliminate that remote sharing. I hope that helps!

The best Automotive DMS Software on the Market for Independent Dealers!

After being in the car business for 25 years and working with a number of DMS companies I can honestly say that Frazer is unbelievable. I want to start by saying that the customer service they offer is not just industry leading but world class!  They are always available, friendly, knowledgeable and get the job done right now. Frazer keeps common forms on hand which allows dealers to immediately add them and use them for no extra charge or wait. Frazer does an amazing job with integrating with all the major players in the automotive software business. Frazer is a complete DMS package and includes accounting software making it all you need to run your car store. Really I could go on and on about my satisfaction with the product and company. Oh and did I mention it's also thousands less than most of the major competitors, that doesn't even make sense!

Hard to believe!

Frazer Auto Dealer is the best bang for your buck if you run a car dealership!

Deanna O.:                                             I'm Deanna. I'm the owner of a car dealership. And I give Frazer Auto Dealer Software a five.
                                                       Before trying Frazer Auto Dealer Services, I was using Profit Monster. The software I was considering was Wayne Reaves.
                                                       The main reason I chose Frazer over Wayne Reaves or Profit Monster was compatibility, and as well as the price.
                                                       Since I started dealership, at the very onset, I chose Fraser from the beginning. So it was very easy to integrate the small amount of customers that we had. When we did do the integration, I had a seamless integration, great customer service and support, and I also was updated throughout the steps to be able to be aware of any possible hiccups.
                                                       For other owners in my position, in the car industry, I would heavily recommend Frazer. You're not going to find the customer service, the support for the price you receive on Frazer.
