What is Payfacile?
Payfacile is a cloud-based payment solution designed to help businesses across multiple industry verticals such as personal training, law, tourism, non-profits, and teaching automate billing processes for accepting payments online. We have been using PayFacile for over 12 months now and extremely satisfied with the level of service that they offer. We live and work in France, dealing predominantly with English clients, but French also. The customer representative has always been very pro-active and quickly replied to correspondence, working to update any issues to create a better functioning experience for us (and the PayFacile system). It's very useful to be able to use English and French for the operating system and customer support. We have a large number of clients, so to use an automated card debiting system as an extremely useful way to cut down admin, definitely worth trying!
Great customer support in both English and French
Generally, there are no major complaints, any issues we have had have been resolved through communication with the customer representative or another staff member.

Elle est bonne et simple
Simpole et facile bon rapports hebdomadaire
Les facéties de Stripe qui sont erratiques. . Aussi j'aimerai avoir la possibilté d'une case "message" possible pour chaque achat. car nous avons des agents qui payent pour le compte de leurs étudiants

Très facile à utiliser, un support client hyper réactif. J'utilise Payfacile depuis 2017 il me semble, et j'en suis pleinement satisfait. Pas besoin d'être un crack en web pour gérer les abonnements de mes clients, tout est automatisé.
En raison des frais de transaction, c'est un vrai budget qui est déduit de mon CA... C'est le seul bémol pour moi, mais je ne pense pas pour autant que le logiciel soit cher. Et l'impossibilité de faire des abonnements avec engagement, ce serait un vrai plus.

Il permet de vendre très facilement en ligne des produits physiques, virtuels et des abonnements
Plusieurs formules d'abonnement, dont une qui permet de payer seulement si l'on vend ! Prise de risque = 0 Top pour démarrer sa boutique en ligne, je recommande, après en avoir testé d'autres.
Tout est top, je l'utilise pour une dizaine de produits
