What is Transcend?

Transcend is a cloud-based data privacy platform, which helps businesses process access or erasure requests and consent changes across every data system while adhering to CCPA/GDPR compliance.

The platform automates identity verification, compiles personal data, and generates downloadable links and response letters. With Transcend’s privacy center, users can view the collection and usage of data, submit requests, view responses, and examine company policies. Individuals can also receive pre-verified requests and validate account login, email, phone, or government IDs. It includes a data map, which helps employees track personal data like databases, SaaS tools or offline data across data silos.

Transcend offers integration with various third-party applications such as Slack, Outreach, AppsFlyer, SalesLoft, Asana, and more. Using the dashboard, administrators can configure the privacy center’s text styling, view all requests, and track data subject requests across the automation pipeline. Data is also protected through AES-256 encryption before transferred to cloud storage.
