We utilize every facet (Engage, Reach & Follow Your Interest) on a daily basis to communicate with the residents and patrons of the park district. I especially like that we now have a text number for the public to communicate with us. We’ve received some really great feedback from patrons about how awesome and easy it is. “Did you know you can text the park district? And they actually get back to you!” are some of the responses we’ve received. All in all it has been a VERY positive experience, and I wonder why we haven’t been doing this all along!
The entire VoyagerNetz package is an amazing communication tool. The mobile friendly applications and websites are so essential and allow all of our users to have everything at their fingertips. It has never been easier to communicate with our patrons and the public.
There really aren't any major 'cons' to using this system. We have found a few software bugs as we have been working in the program, but the development team is always extremely fast to address any issues we find.
