My clients are paying me quicker, and it enables them to spread cost which make their decision to purchase easier.
The simplicity of use is one of the main reasons why this product has been so successful. It is easy to learn and use, and does not require any special technical knowledge. The straightforward design makes it accessible to everyone, from beginners to more experienced users. This is especially true of the mobile version, which makes it even easier for everyone to use on the go.
Cannot delete all images in one go when a trip is copied. Can't file different trips into groups.

I love the payment processing and Itinerary builder. My clients can view the trip, download a brochure and pay all in one place. They send automatic reminders so now I don't have to remember to email clients about payment reminders. They even capture new leads! I love it!
This is definitely an all-in-one for me! I was able to eliminate a few other applications that I was using and paying for. I have everything in one app!
No issues with the software so far.

I have never worked with another organisation who have provided such support and often instant support. It's a lesson to many organisations.
The customer support is second to none and has enabled the process of integrating We Travel into our system to be a smooth and easy experience. I was doubtful before we started that it would be complex enough for our many individual payments and most bookings having their own anomalies but working closely with [sensitive content hidden] has meant solutions have so far been found and we can tailor the payment process to our needs
We haven't fully finished the integration process yet but I am confident any issues will be resolved.

Excellent. I am excited to see what new features WeTravel rolls out soon. We are very pleased with the service and product.
We really appreciated all the set up help and constant support from [sensitive content hidden]. We like the ability to build an on-line brochure quickly and easily. We LOVE the online payment features for our customers and the billing reminders auto -generated to our customers.
We find allocating payments received from WeTravel internally a bit difficult. We find messaging the whole group will also message people who have cancelled from the tour. There does not seem to be away around this.

Great overall experience. 10/10 would recommend.
WeTravel adds ease to our daily operations. It allows our clients to view the trip details, sign up, and make payments.
Visually, the sites can be condensed, or perhaps add tabs. It just needs to be a little cleaned up.

The interface for creating and duplicating trips is clean and intuitive. The processing fees are low aside from the new monthly fee.
While the monthly fee for the pro plan is an understandable addition, I think it would have been nice to give long-term customers like me a lifetime discount on this fee. I would like to see WeTravel prioritize affiliate software.

I was hesitate about using We Travel. My first trip I used them, he allowed me to limit my time in collecting the payment. Clients pay thru the site and I can go later and reconcile my books.
The software is good for my travel business. What I like most about the software is the ease of setting up my trips. It is very user friendly.
What I like least about the software is the limited option is the 12 month limit payment option. Being a travel agent, trips can be planned over 2 years and it limits me to set payments for only 12 months max.

Since we made the switch to WeTravel, we have saved time with our initial trip setup, as well as the day to day management of trips. Getting time back so that you can spend it on other things is a huge win. As I have learned to utilize all that the software has to offer, everyone I have talked to/worked with has been incredibly helpful.
WeTravel is incredibly intuitive to use and the customer service is amazing! Our dedicated agent [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is fantastic and keeps me informed about new features as they are added, so that I am getting the most use out of the platform. The ability to either customize an trip or work off of a "stock template" has been great. There are so many great features that are offered, I simply can't list them all! So getting an easy to use platform (for both us and our customers) with an amazing amount of tools to work with has been a game-changer for our company.
As of now, I don't know as though I have anything I don't like about the software!

We are so happy to have made the switch this year to the platform. I love the reminders for payments to participants that are seamless and the ease of communicating with each group at one time.
The ease of use and integration of our client management is more streamlined. I also love that the developers are constantly making fantastic changes to the features and listen to my advice and questions about what will help us do our jobs better. We appreciate [SENSITIVE CONTENT] customer service and check-in's. Having a designated customer service representative really puts the mind at ease.
There have been glitches with the growing pains along the way but as I mentioned, the developers are constantly working on making the platform work even better.

I can say for certain that my income has increased due to the ease of implementing WeTravel.
I am a small business, and WeTravel has made everything easier and more organized for me. Folks can simply register for my events online, and I can keep track of everyone with ease. WeTravel's customer support has always been able to solve any minor issue that I have had.
I can't think of any cons to write about - everything has worked well for me!

It doesn't work good with the clients from Europe especially France when they want to make a bank transfer, Wise works better.

The initial setup was OK for our first account (our model is servicing client's in their brand). Wetravel does not allow 'sub-accounts' or branding. When we attempted to stand up a second account, we were asked for the same information needed for the first account in order to be 'verified'. I explained to an account Rep our business model, but we were again asked over and over for the information previously...
Fairly easy to use, but basic in features, functional in intent.
Opaque pricing, full cost is not made obvious (higher transaction rate), incredibly onerous 'verification' process, no real support only canned responses, if someone is monitoring responses they are not responding.

Our WeTravel experience is great. We use the platform daily to sell our vacation packages. Our clients also use it while traveling in order to access their itineraries.
Very user friendly for admins in setting up listings and inventory management. Easy communication to travelers via the platform. Auto payment reminders and fantastic customer service.
The back-end control. Would like to be able to have access to a master client database so we can book return people into other trips, not have them fill out new questionnaires every time, be able to charge their cards when they ask us to do it. Also need a readable URL function on the trip pages so clients don’t need to be on WiFi to access their itinerary. Also need to fix the image bugs. We are constantly have to reupload images as they disappear from our listings - this is a major source of stress especially as we ourselves are always traveling and creating listings in the go. Are you developing an App? This would be ideal as a travel company. Would also like more flexibility in pull reports and payment data; no search functions here.

Very good, the only thing is when the page crashes, this happens from time to time, not often but when it does it is very annoying.
I like the fact that we can present itineraries that are both user friendly for customers and for designing tours, also paying methods and being able to share user and admon with other partners
Sometimes it crashes when we are working not saving any advances, this is very draining.

Every contact I have had with WeTravel has been a positive experience. My initial contact / account manager was [SENSITIVE CONTENT] . She was a pleasure to work with for about 2 years. I have recently been handed over to a new Account Manager ([SENSITIVE CONTENT] ). He has been just as pleasant to work with. WeTravel is still growing and still making positive updates to what they have to offer. I get busy and often miss what updates they have made to their platform. I have found their Quarterly Updates to be VERY BENEFICIAL in helping me make sure I take full advantage of the product I am paying for.
TRANSACTION FEES are lower than other options I have at my disposal.
Mainly a CON on me. I do not adjust to change very well and am having a difficult time personally letting go of my OLD MS WORD FORMS that help me keep track of my tours ... passengers, expenses, and profits.

Some more options and functionality could be offered. However, I have noticed continued significant growth in this area and the company is always working to improve its product!

I’ve had a great experience with wetravel for years.
I love that it’s a one stop shop. It collects data, lets clients research your trip and reviews as well as book and it sends payment reminders. Makes them feel safe.
That you can’t send an email of a trip announcement to more than 3 ppl at at time.

I chose this site because I am at the beginning stages of my travel business, and I wanted to specialize in Group Travel, this site helps me to bring certain travel groups together, and helps with marketing and advertising future travels, It is my Plan to use this site to help grow my business, and I appreciate that there is such a tool to help me do so. What I loved the most about this software was how easy it was to enter your information for your upcoming travel needs. I Love the fact that your are able to create a beautiful Travel page that is catered to the prospective clients that your looking for. I also like the ease of that the software creates in order for clients to be able to book and pay for future trips, just from a click of a button; and how your are able to share this site on social media, its just AWESOME! I have to say the Staff is Fantastic!. If you have any questions or problems they are more than ready to help you with any issues that you are having. You can't go wrong with this site, i totally recommend using it!
The only thing, that I didn't see is that the site doesn't have a contact phone number, where if needed, you could directly talk to staff on the phone.

Outstanding. Personal and service oriented.
It is very user-friendly and easy to use. It offers a very attractive online interface and good internal reporting. Best of all, the customer service team is very competent and even cheerful! The company is always improving and adding new features to make it better. They listen to and try to accommodate suggestions. Great company!

Very robust system, great customer support and of course [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is available for additional training / support if necessary. Credit card option is pretty cool.
Cost could be better as a gesture of loyalty and promoting your platform. We've been a strong advocate for Wetravel and some of your bigger clients here in Ecuador I'm sure have signed on due to our influence. Happy Gringo definitely had asked my opinion about the platform back in the day, Secret Garden Hostel is where I used to have the travel agency, they adopted the platform, Colibri tours, Tours Cuyabeno a recent addition. Would be great if you acknowledge in some way those that are promoting your platform to other businesses.
