Coaching Loft’s online training management system allows coaches to set and track goals, track progress and display accomplishments, and provides a secure internal chat system with full privacy. Coaching Loft gives users access to a library with over 500 coaching-related questions that they can include in their coaching conversations ahead of sessions with clients. Users can create client questionnaires for future use and can add new questions to their private library or share them with other coaches/mentors in the community.
