What is Coaching Loft?
Coaching Loft is coaching management software that runs the working side of a coaching relationship in one place: scheduling, session notes, goals, a 500+ question library, agreements with e-signature, packages, invoicing and a client portal. It is built for individual coaches, coaching firms, and organizations running internal and external coaching programmes.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Coaches work from a single dashboard covering active clients, completed sessions, session hours, upcoming appointments, assigned assessments and unpaid invoices. Sessions are booked through scheduling pages with two-way calendar sync, and session logs, notes and journals keep a full history against every client.
CLIENT PORTALS
Every plan includes free client (coachee) portals at no per-client cost. Clients sign in to track goals and actions, view session history, complete assigned forms and assessments, access shared files and message their coach, in a space carrying your branding.
ASSESSMENTS AND FEEDBACK
Build 360 assessments for multi-rater feedback from peers, managers and direct reports, plus standard assessments, feedback surveys and rating scales. Forms can be generated with AI, started from templates, or built from scratch, and results are retained and reported over time.
PROGRAMMES AND PACKAGES
Assemble structured engagements from sessions, assessments, resources and actions, assign them to a coach and participants, and schedule each item to send automatically. Pre-built coaching packages can be published as links on your website and social media to generate new client enquiries.
COACH DIRECTORY
Coaching Loft runs a public coach directory that any coach can join with a free profile, with no subscription required. Clients search the directory and send coaching requests directly to coaches. A paid plan is required to view and respond to the requests you receive.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Coaching agreements with e-signature, invoicing, electronic and card payments, contacts, leads and enquiries.
FIRMS AND ENTERPRISE
An admin dashboard spans all coaches, coachees and organizations, with unlimited coachee seats and unlimited admin seats included free. AI coach matching pairs coachees with coaches by goals, expertise, availability and style. White-labeling covers logo, colours, navigation and custom domain. Single sign-on and unified login give one account access to every portal.
