Desde el primer momento obtuvimos datos sobre el desempeño de los empleados, todo de forma automática. Ha permitido implementar políticas de teletrabajo y, en momentos como los actuales, acelerar un cambio hácia un modelo más flexible. Nos ayuda a cumplir las leyes de control horario, de teletrabajo y las normas de desconexión digital. Lo mejor ha sido, mejorar el desempeño general y la capacidad de autogestión y responsabilidad de los empleados.
La parametrización inicial es un poco complicada, pero los consultores de workmeter te acompañan en la puesta en marcha.
