Administrators can monitor staff overtime hours and lunch breaks and maintain detailed time reports to ensure compliance with labor laws

Hourly allows businesses to track employees' working status in real-time, manage timesheets, and maintain detailed audit logs. It lets managers add notes and photos to add context to staff shift entries and sends automatic geofencing alerts. Administrators can automatically file and pay state or federal taxes, set up pay runs according to organizational requirements, and issue W-2 and 1099 forms to employees. Staff members can utilize the platform to view pay stubs, edit personal information, submit expenses for reimbursement, and file tax forms.

Using Hourly, businesses can set up weekly, bi-weekly, or bi-monthly pay schedules and process payroll via paper checks, direct deposits, or prepaid cards according to employees' requirements. It lets managers generate reports on taxes, time-off, bank reconciliation, job costing, and more.
