A more streamlined hiring process.

Pros

The web form feature is the most helpful for our employees. I like the reports, the ability to sign multiple I-9s and the customer service.

I would like to see more notification features.

Huge savings in time spent following up with staff members regarding missing forms.

Pros

I love that my staff members can complete forms from their phones and that reminders are automated.

Cons

Would like to be able to send text reminders in addition to emails.

has been a little cumbersome to get started loading documents and setting the access "tree" of who has access to what information. however the rest of the on boarding has been easy.

Works as described and make electronic on boarding happen

Pros

I like how you can easily track what progress has been made and get things,done with,potential employees much quicker without paper

Cons

Cant change groups or make them easily, such as a dart and drop, nor can you download all documents easily as you must do each one as a time as you open them

Ease of sending new hire documents to employees & organizing candidates

Cons

I also wish that their was an option for me to export the application into a PDF to save to my computer, verses having to print it & scan it.

Easy to navigate, easy to understand. The report feature is great and makes things so much simpler and hassle free.

As an administrator for the account, I wish I was able to receive email notifications when "New Hires" are entered into the system.

Pros

How easy it is to assign forms to employees to fill out and then how easy it is to review the completed forms.

Cons

It needs some way to sort the entire group of employees into sub-units and then be able to generate group e-mails to whatever groups I select.

That reminders are automatically sent the the new hire each week until all paperwork is compete.

Cons

Slow times in moving from form to form in the approval process and slow downloads. This seems to be the case for forms that have a lot of wording or graphics.

I can run a report without having to learn how first.

Cons

I don't think I can upload the WorkBright info into my QuickBooks. I must open two screens to transfer the information, and that's where mistakes occur.

Pros

ability to track the staff and limit the staff time used for on-boarding and ease of use for the staff member. we have seen staff paperwork more accurate and returned in a more timely manner using the system.

Cons

would like an easy way to move staff forms from one year to the next. if a form is good for multiple years be able to accept for the second year without resubmitting.
