What is TPSynergy?

TPSynergy is a full service EDI (electronic data interchange) software solution for supply chains and large retailers offering features for automatic invoice creation, order confirmation, back order, shipping, bar code labels printing, branded packing slip printing, and more. The platform integrates with QuickBooks and other inventory systems such as Stitch Labs, SkuVault, and Ordoro, and offers custom development as per the organization’s needs.

Customers, suppliers, warehouse providers (3PL), and carriers are able to use TPSynergy as a common platform for all supply chain communications including purchase orders, change requests, shipment, delivery status, receipt confirmation, invoicing and payments, and more. TPSynergy allows the inventory to be maintained by the suppliers on behalf of the customers through tools for vendor managed inventory (VMI) with constant visibility of current inventory levels for all trading partners.

With TPSynergy, invoices can be created automatically and suppliers can upload or send invoices electronically for validation with purchase orders and receipts. Proactive monitoring features send custom alerts to trading partners of any potential issues with orders, shipments, inventory, and more. The platform offers various pre-built integrations for ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, Oracle Database, and Quickbooks.

TPSynergy includes an E-Kanban manufacturing system along with mobile app or hand held barcode scanning and a cloud portal. ?Suppliers receive email alerts once a bin is marked empty, and can also print labels directly from the portal which is integrated with Fedex and UPS systems. All E-Kanban transactions can be downloaded into Excel format for tracking.
